Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about upgrading your workout space.
What type of flooring is best for heavy weightlifting?
For heavy weightlifting, we recommend our high-impact rubber tiles or rolls with a minimum thickness of 8mm to 10mm. These provide superior shock absorption and protect your subfloor from damage.
How do I calculate how much flooring I need?
Simply measure the length and width of your room in feet and multiply them to get the total square footage. We suggest adding an extra 5-10% to your order to account for corner cuts and waste during installation.
Do I need adhesive to install gym tiles?
Our interlocking rubber tiles are designed for a 'loose lay' installation and typically do not require adhesive. However, for high-traffic commercial areas or large rubber rolls, we recommend using a double-sided floor tape or specialized adhesive.
How do I clean and maintain my gym flooring?
Maintenance is simple: sweep or vacuum regularly to remove dust. For deep cleaning, use a damp mop with a pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid using bleach or petroleum-based products as they can degrade the rubber.
What is your shipping policy for heavy bulk orders?
Large orders are typically shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight on pallets. We offer curbside delivery, and you will receive a tracking number and a call from the carrier to schedule a delivery window.
Can I return the flooring if it doesn't fit my space?
Yes, we accept returns on unused and uncut flooring within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply due to the weight of the product.
