Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Package Your Flooring
Securely pack the unused tiles or rolls in their original packaging, ensuring all interlocking tabs and surfaces are protected from transit damage.
- 3.Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized courier location or schedule a freight pickup for heavy bulk orders.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the inventory is in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
